Touchstone is not a controller or processor of data you send directly from your browser to a third-party AI provider.
4. Uploads & scanning
By uploading a file or link you confirm you have the right to share it and that it contains no secrets, credentials or personal data of third parties. Files are scanned by VirusTotal — see the Privacy Notice. Touchstone may reject or delete any upload at its discretion.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) attempt to circumvent the admin gate or rate limits, (b) submit malicious content, (c) use the service to violate any law, (d) scrape the site at high volume, or (e) misrepresent your identity in the request form.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Touchstone Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on output from this site.
7. Intellectual property
The 8-domain framework, copy, design and brand are © Touchstone Labs. You may reference them with attribution. The checklist and survey may be used internally by your team free of charge.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
